It's an easy walk to the little village of Costa Pajaros and the ocean. You will enjoy regular visits from the howler monkeys. The water meter is in for the subdivision and the electric poles are up and so the utilities should be working soon. One of the other owners is currently building a house there and has a small pool. Own your piece of paradise!!!
